Happy Birthday Mom & Dad!

My parent’s birthdays are 4 days apart. We decided to do a joint celebration this year and headed to Circle H Ranch for the weekend. The weather was beautiful, the Longhorns and Hawkeyes won (yes, we had TV), and we got to celebrate as a family. All in all, it was a great weekend!

There are deer on the property that were bottle fed as babies. They are like dogs. So sweet.

The Dog Whisperer has nothing on my Dad. Animals love him. Every injured animal in San Antonio finds it’s way to our backyard. They get the best care available!

Texas Pumpkin Patch

Bryson got to visit his first pumpkin patch with his cousins. Callie and Emily thought it was necessary to move all the pumpkins, Cade enjoyed running around, and Bryson tried to keep up the entire time. I’m pretty sure they were glad to see us leave.

Callie made sure B had plenty of  pumpkins.

Rachel’s Birthday

Party Time!

Bryson’s birthday party was last weekend. My parents came to visit and were a huge help. The weather was beautiful and the birthday boy had a great day (minus the jumping castle).

My friend, Brittany, made this book of his first year. It was great to leave out for the guests to look through.

Bryson was more interested in playing with the rocks than playing with his friends.

Yelling at Dad to come back (Travis had to go yell at Harley for barking. We locked her in the neighbors yard. She wasn’t too happy.)

After Bryson opened his channel changer, he was done. I had plenty of help from the other kids though.

He finally enjoyed his cupcake.

We ended the night skyping with Uncle Ryan and Aunt Duh. Bryson wanted to show off the gift they gave him.

Yes, that is take out from La Fonda’s they are eating in front of us…torture.
