And He’s Off….

Well…almost. Bryson walks around the house with his walker like a pro! Nothing gets in his way. If he hits an obstacle, he just picks it up, turns, and keeps going. My Mom and I have been laughing at him because he reminds us of my Nonnie and her walker. I guess he did learn something from her after all :)

Forwards, backwards…doesn’t matter. It’s all the same to B.

Happy 11 Months Bryson Bear!

I have to admit, I am a little sad Bryson is 11 months old today. I feel like time is going by way too fast. I can’t believe we will be celebrating his first birthday in a month!

Home Again

Bryson has changed so much since we were last in KS. He is discovering new things around the house while enjoying being reintroduced to some of the oldies but goodies.

These two pictures will either make Travis very proud or very angry. I love how he sticks his tongue out when he concentrates. Travis does the exact same thing. I hope this isn’t a sign of what’s to come. I’m not sure I can deal with TWO computer nerds :)

He has always loved his tupperware cabinet. He has now discovered he can crawl inside which makes it way more fun.

I sometimes wonder why we spend so much money on toys. It never fails that Bryson would rather play with the dog’s toys.

He has figured out how to turn the bath water on/off. We are safe for now…until he learns to crawl into the bathtub.

And of course, the swing still holds a special place in Bryson’s heart.

Found It!

Bryson loves his pacifiers. He is only allowed to have them when he goes to bed; however, he found the drawer I hide them in. He was super excited about this discovery. He was constantly switching pacifiers in and out of his mouth trying to decide which one he wanted. Looks like I need to find a new hiding spot.

Yummy

A quiet moment is rare when it comes to Bryson Krug. I knew something was up when he was he was quietly playing by himself. I soon discovered he had picked up the dog’s bowl, dumped the food into his car where he then proceeded to eat it.

Wildlife Ranch

Amy and I took the kids to the Wildlife Ranch today. It’s too hot to take them to the zoo so we thought this would be a great alternative. Emily and Bryson loved looking at all the animals and they thought being out of their carseats was pretty cool too.

 

Emily loved feeding the animals…and the rocks, and trees, and street.

They’re Everywhere!

I’m telling you, this boy loves TV remotes! If he sees one, he will yell at you until you give it to him. I find them in the couch cushions, his diaper bag, my bed, and now in the washing machine. He must have put it in the laundry basket while he was playing in the bedroom. Looks like I owe my parents a new remote.

Evening Swim

Bryson loves the water, but it’s too hot to get out during the day. He had a little dip in his crab pool this evening and loved every second of it.

Do I have my Dad’s bod or what?

We had to chose toys the dogs wouldn’t want. Balls and ducks were out of the question. These items are in high demand at my parent’s house. The dogs like to steal Bryson’s toys.

Thanks Nana and Grandpa for watching B so I could talk to Travis.

Play date

Today was Bryson’s lucky day…a play date with two beautiful girls!

The lucky ladies, Carleigh and Ireland.

As Carleigh happily read her books, Bryson crawled all over her. I discovered the difference between boys and girls today :)
